About Anthony’s Restaurant:
The restaurant has been inside the Holiday Inn Elmira since 1974. In 2004, the Fusco Family took over the restaurant and changed the name to Anthony's. The name change was to pay tribute to the Fusco Family Patriarch, Anthony. He had been involved with Holiday Inn since 1957 and out of all of his hotel holdings, Elmira was his favorite. Not only was the hotel his favorite, but so was the city of Elmira; he felt that it was a truly special area and community that he was happy to be a part of. The Fusco Family wanted to honor him with naming the restaurant after him to create lasting legacy.

Our commitment to the community makes us unique. Our restaurant participates with Big Brothers, Big Sisters Bowling for Youth, Wreaths Across America, Children's Miracle Network, Relay for Life, Serving Children and Families from local community centers on the holidays, Blood Drives, the Josh Palmer Tournament, Spaghetti on Ice for the MDA, gave furniture to the local hospitals upon remodel. The restaurant provides manpower, food, monies, function space and more as donations to the local community.
