October 27th - Trunk or Treat 6-7:30pm at Wisner Park

Trunk or Treat is a community Halloween event that takes place at Wisner Park October 27th at 6-7:30pm on Main St between Church St and Grey St. Local businesses and organizations decorate their trunks in spooky décor and give out candy to the children of Elmira.
